Pro Mount - Tour Jig
The Pro Mount - Tour offers the same exceptional precision and simplicity as the Pro Mount - Alpine, but is purpose-built for pin bindings used in ski touring. Unique alignment pins allow your bindings to quickly and easily mate with the jig, letting you clamp in your boots exactly as they would sit on your skis.

This innovative feature inspires immediate confidence and makes it easy to determine the optimal binding position—especially useful when working around existing drill holes. It also enables precise adjustment of your heel track before drilling, ensuring a flawless setup.

Ideal for skiers who use different boots depending on terrain and snow conditions, the Pro Mount - Tour delivers a dependable, dialed-in mount every time.

  • Precision

No wiggle room. No Slop. Our 5/8” brass drill collars are designed to be more precise than any other available jig or method. Our collar tolerances are incredibly tight (+0.001”) and they are extra tall so that your drill bit is delivered to the perfect spot every time.

    Accuracy

We never design our jig patterns with second hand information. Every pattern is verified with bindings in hand or with exact specifications from the binding manufacturer.

Our binding patterns will be accurate enough for mounts using binding inserts. Guaranteed.

    Positioning

The unique center plate allows the user to match the boot center to your desired mount point on the ski exactly.

    Security

Toe, heel and center plates are firmly secured in place using the simple clamping screws . The decision to avoid knobs is deliberate.

The jig can be secured to your ski using "C" or "F" clamps. This ensures that the jig will not move or while drilling.

4 to 6 spring clamps can be used if desired to save a little time and money. Either way use care and ensure the jig is secure enough before drilling your skis.

These features not only provide excellent security but also keep the design simple and the cost low.

    Flex

Other jigs are rigid. Combining a rigid jig with a curved ski is problematic because resulting drill holes will not be perpendicular to the ski. This causes unwarrented stresses on your binding plates that may reduce strength.

Pro Mount jigs are designed to flex with the shape of the ski when clamped in place so that drill holes are perpendicular; the way they are supposed to be.

    Space

These jigs are simple and take up less space than other jigs. They also come in a convenient box that can be used to store your jig and any additional plates to keep things tidy.

    Cost

Our aim at the begining of this project was to produce a jig that would cost about the same as a shop mount with significantly better results. We have achieved that goal. As additional features and upgrades evolve, we will continue to offer basic jig models that minimize cost and maximize results.

  • Two "C" or "F" clamps will secure this jig to your ski extremely well.

Alternatively, using 4 to 6 strong spring clamps is effective and fast.

See our YouTube videos for examples.

  • True, our base model jig does not have automatic centering. Why? 1) Precision. Centering mechanisms on other jigs are notoriously imprecise and add unnecessary complexity. 2) Cost: Have you seen the price of competitive jigs? Using our Center Line Tool is by far the most economical way to make sure your mount is centered. If you already have a Center Line Tool or want to save a few bucks and use another method, we offer jigs with out the Center Line Tool too.

Adding precise auto centering mechanisms to the jig would be cool, we hear you and we agree. We're excited to share that precise auto-centering mechanisms are in development!

Our team is working hard to make sure the design is durable, accurate, and cost-effective before release. In the meantime, no need to hold off on getting your jig — we’re building the centering system to be an easy upgrade you can add later.

  • Did you guess precision? You were right! Our drill collars have incredibly tight tolerances . Yes, they will wear faster than steel. That’s okay, here are two reasons why:

    1) Our 5/8” collars have an incredibly tight 0.001” tolerance. That’s likely a tighter tolerance than your drill bit. Now you might ask: what happens if my bit is a tiny bit larger than the collar? Don’t worry, it wont be much. In this case the bit will cut right through the collar, leaving you with ZERO slop.

    2) They are replaceable. If you wear out your drill collars you can contact us to buy new ones for a reasonable cost.

Your collars will last a long time. How long? We don’t know yet. A lot longer if you keep your drill steady, upright and your buddies don’t tackle you while drilling. Regardless if we didn’t think these ultra precise drill collars were the best option for you, we would have found a different solution.

  • We love ski shops. They do amazing things and generally get the job done well. If you have a good local ski shop in your town, please support them.

Do they use our jigs? Not yet, but don’t count us out. The precision our jigs offer truly is outstanding. It so goog that it be hard to believe - until you have used it. Here are a few reasons ski shops will want Bullseye jigs.

    1) For Binding Inserts - Extra precision is needed for customers requesting a mount with notoriously finicky binding inserts. In cases where shop jigs are not quite accurate enough for binding inserts our jigs will be faster and easier, so ski shops will save time and money.

    2) Uncommon Bindings - Though we are not there yet, we plan to make lots of different binding patterns available, including may touring bindings. Shops may want a jig for uncommon binding patterns so they can provide more service and better results.

    3) Excellence - Sure, most shop customers may not notice their skis are mounted a little off, but many do! We think all skiers will be happier if there bindings are mounted perfectly and that’s just what we aim to accomplish, otherwise we would have picked a different name.

  • Why 3D printing?

Precision and cost. 3D printers are great for both. There are downsides of course. Prints take a long time and are not quite as strong as machined or molded parts. We think these jigs are plenty strong enough. If you find yourself with a broken component contact us, we can provide replacement parts at reasonable cost.

Can I print my own plates?

We won’t mind if you want to build your own but we won’t be giving out .stl files any time soon. We won’t even steal your pow line or put your secret stash on Instagram Be warned though, LOTS of troubleshooting goes into getting our plates perfect. Actually we think you’ll still buy from us because; we have lots more cool ideas in the works and because you want to ski, not bang your head on the wall figuring out how we get it so perfect.

    Whats coming next?
We have lots of ideas and can’t wait to get working on them. A super precise and cost effective centering mechanism is high on the list. A way to use common drill bits in 5/16in jigs collars is coming asap. We also have more ambitious plans to get you things you never knew you needed. Please support us so we can keep innovating instead of working for then man.

When will additional binding plates be available?

    That depends on you.

We plan to offer Attack, Strive, ATK touring bindings, Plum Guide and Oazo because we like them and have them on hand. Please contact us (bullseyeskijigs@gmail.com) with your model requests.

If initial jigs are selling well and feedback is good, that opens opportunities to get you more options on a faster timeline.

If you aren’t quite sold on the jig, please consider a Center Line Tool and other accessories like our Drill Stop and Depth Gauge. Any little bit helps keep the dream alive and maximize your powder karma.
